A total of 60 students enrolled in this transformative journey, which ranges from September to June, a full 10-month period. These dedicated individuals have now graduated, earning their certificates and the opportunity to further their education. Those who choose to continue will be referred to government schools to pursue their academic goals.

During their time in the literacy class, adult literacy students were not only taught traditional subjects but also engaged in practical skills training. This training included: Learning the art of saving, gaining skills in embroidery, and being provided with seeds for planting in their gardens, promoting self-sufficiency and nutrition.

The celebration was an inclusive affair, uniting students from both Dubbo and Wallacha. Highlights of the day included a shared lunch, a traditional coffee ceremony and sharing of experiences. The atmosphere was filled with joy and thankfulness. Students expressed their deep appreciation for the opportunities and support provided by Cabrini Ministries.
