Working towards mother and child care excellence

Between September 29th and October 2nd, St. Mary Catholic Primary Hospital held its strategic planning meeting in Soddo, Ethiopia.

The meeting, under the theme “The healing ministry of Jesus at St. Mary Catholic Primary Hospital, Dubbo: working towards sustainability and lasting fruitfulness”, brough together staff and board members, and representatives of various stakeholders to orient the work of the hospital for the coming three years.

Through presentations, open discussions, role plays, and games, participants shared their dreams for the future and identified priorities and strategies to focus on to ensure the hospital continues to deliver quality services to the community.

After assessing operational strengths and community needs, participants agreed that the hospital should focus its services towards women and children, promoting integral and holistic care.
