Celebrating Achievement at Cabrini Ministries Eswatini
On the 10th of December, the Education Department at Cabrini Ministries Eswatini hosted a significant graduation ceremony. This memorable event celebrated the achievements of 29 graduates (27 young women and 2 men) who successfully completed a six-month sewing and embroidery program, generously sponsored by the German Embassy.
The graduation ceremony was a beautiful occasion attended by about 100 people. The event was an opportunity for the graduates to proudly display their exceptional work through a fashion show, modeling their skills and creativity of the clothes they had made. This demonstration of talent not only highlighted their hard work and dedication but also set the stage for their future endeavors in the world of fashion and business.
Among the attendees were Sr. Diane Dallemolle, Sr. Suany De Oliveira, and the postulants, all present to witness and support the graduates during this important milestone. The graduates are now equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to venture into their own businesses. Sr. Diane Dallemolle expressed her heartfelt sentiments about the occasion, saying, “This touched me so much because over the years we have seen so much loss, but seeing these young people moving on, taking hold of their lives, and embracing a new era of learning to take care of themselves is really wonderful.”
This graduation not only marked the end of a successful program but also the beginning of a promising future for these talented individuals, as they embark on new journeys of entrepreneurship.
