A shared commitment to child development

Cabrini Ministries Eswatini Preschool, which has a capacity of 84 learners, recently hosted a Parent-Teacher Conference aimed at strengthening collaboration between educators and parents in supporting children's learning and development.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss upcoming school activities and events including the school sports day, culture day and school trip. While also allowing teachers and parents to review each learner's progress report on an individual basis. Through these one-on-one discussions, parents received feedback on their children's academic performance, social development, strengths, and areas requiring additional support.

Parent-Teacher Conferences form an important part of the preschool's holistic approach to child development. By fostering open communication and partnership between the school and families, the initiative helps ensure that every child receives the guidance, encouragement, and support needed to thrive and achieve their full potential both in school and beyond.
