On November 25th, the world celebrates the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. This day also marks the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV), which end on December 10th, International Human Rights Day.

In these days we reaffirm our daily commitment to end GBV.

On November 9-11, the Apostolic Nuncio to Uganda and two representatives of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development visited the pastoral ministries with the refugees in the Diocese of Arua.
