The thanksgiving Mass, presided over by Fr. Adane WoldeMariam, was a central part of the celebration. He graciously represented Bishop Seyoum Fransua, who was unable to attend. Fr. Adane was accompanied by both former and current Parish Priests of St. Anne Parish: Fr. Tarekegn Yohanns and Fr. Geziegn Mancha. Their presence underscored the strong community ties and mutual support within the parish.

The sisters were joined by Sr. Berhane WoldeYesus, a Franciscan sister who belongs to St. Anne Parish. Sr. Berhane was visiting her family and took the opportunity to participate in this special event. Her attendance added to the spirit of friendship and unity.

Following the Mass, a celebratory lunch was held, featuring a traditional coffee ceremony. This gathering provided a wonderful opportunity for the sisters to share their experiences and insights about the mission with the invited guests. It was a time of reflection, gratitude, and looking forward to the continued success and impact of their work in the community.

The event was not just a celebration of the past two years but also a reaffirmation of the mission's purpose and the sisters' dedication to serving the community. Their efforts have made a significant difference in Sadama, and the anniversary highlighted the importance of their ongoing work.
